EXTRA TOWN BOARD MEETING
TOWN OF CASEY
Casey Town Hall
Friday, July 22, 2011
7:00 p.m.

Minutes

1.	Call the town board meeting to order.
At 7:01 p.m., the town board meeting was called to order by
Chairperson Gene Bethel, at the Casey Town Hall.

2.	Confirmation of proper meeting notice.
Clerk Slabaugh posted the meeting notice and agenda on July 21, 2011,
in the posting cabinets located at the town hall, at the junction of
Dunn Lake and Island Lake Roads, and at the junction of Pair O Lakes
Road and County Trunk E between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. 
Chairperson Bethel posted the meeting notice and agenda on July 21,
2011 in the posting cabinet located at the junction of Blackburn Road
and County Trunk E between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

3.	Roll call.
Roll call taken.  Present:  Gene Bethel, Chairperson;  Mike Wallace,
Supervisor;  Corinne Slabaugh, Clerk

4.	Approval of agenda.  Discussion and action.
On motion by Bethel / Wallace to approve agenda.  Motion carried.

5.	Applications for Liquor, Cigarette, and Operators Licenses. 
Examination and action.
Discussion followed.  On motion by Bethel / Wallace to take the beer
and liquor license for PUBA, Inc. off the table.  Motion carried.  On
motion by Bethel / Wallace to grant PUBA, Inc. a beer and liquor
license.  Motion carried.
	Application for cigarette license from: George P Basgall, agent for
PUBA, Inc., trade name Twin Oaks Bar and Restaurant.  Board viewed and
discussed the application.  On motion by Bethel / Wallace to grant
PUBA, Inc. a cigarette license.  Motion carried.

6.	Correspondence.  Action and filing.
None given.

7.	Paying of bills.  Discussion and action.
None given.

8.	Adjournment.
At 7:07 p.m., on motion by Bethel / Wallace to adjourn.  Motion
carried.
