"EXTRA TOWN BOARD MEETING TOWN OF CASEY Casey Town Hall Thursday, June 23, 2011 6:00 p.m. Minutes 1. Call the town board meeting to order. At 6:12 p.m., the town board meeting was called to order by Chairperson Gene Bethel, at the Casey Town Hall. 2. Confirmation of proper meeting notice. Chairperson Bethel posted the meeting notice and agenda on June 19, 2011, in the posting cabinets located at the town hall, at the junction of Dunn Lake and Island Lake Roads, at the junction of Pair O Lakes Road and County Trunk E and at the junction of Blackburn Road and County Trunk E between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. 3. Roll call. Roll call taken. Present: Gene Bethel, Chairperson; Dan Swearingen, Supervisor; Mike Wallace, Supervisor and Corinne Slabaugh, Clerk. 4. Approval of agenda. Discussion and action. On motion by Wallace / Swearingen to approve agenda. Motion carried. 5. Applications for Liquor, Cigarette, and Operators Licenses. Examination and action. Application for beer and liquor license from George P Basgall, agent for PUBA, Inc., trade name Twin Oaks Bar and Restaurant. Board viewed and discussed the application. On motion by Bethel / Wallace to table the license for PUBA, Inc., under the provisions of Section 77.61 (11), Wis. Stats. (2003-2004). Motion carried. Application for beer and liquor license from Kimberly R Regner, agent for Pair O Lakes Lodge, Inc., trade name Pair O Lakes Lodge. Board viewed and discussed the application. On motion by Wallace / Swearingen to grant Pair O Lakes Lodge, Inc. a beer and liquor license. Motion carried. Application for cigarette license from: Kimberly R Regner, agent for Pair O Lakes Lodge, Inc. Board viewed and discussed the application. On motion by Wallace / Swearingen to grant Pair O Lakes Lodge, Inc. a cigarette license. Motion carried. Operator license application from: Georganne Behn, Debra J Benjamin, Jessica K Deli, Katisa M Ferguson, Louise A Fischer, Stefanie L Gage, Betsy J Lambert, Cherie L Luell, Janet E Mehsikomer, Geri V Moore, Rebecca A Moore, Kathleen M Nordlund, Nancy J Ratzenberger, Wayne A Ratzenberger, Mark W Regner, Caitlyn L Swanson, and Lori R Brown. Board viewed each application. On motion by Bethel / Swearingen to grant operator licenses to the above persons. Motion carried. Operator license applications from: Belinda S Emmerich and Sharon E Gotautis. Board viewed these applications. On motion by Bethel / Wallace to grant an operator license to Belinda S Emmerich and Sharon E Gotautis, pending proof of Responsible Beverage Service Course completion. Motion carried. 6. Correspondence. Action and filing. Correspondence read by the board. On motion by Wallace / Swearingen to file correspondence. Motion carried. 7. Paying of bills. Discussion and action.
